Pumpkin cream with banana, walnuts and maple syrup
If you are a pumpkin pie fan, you’d be thrilled to try this light and delicious alternative. Take the aromas that you love and provide you with the feeling of autumn coziness and warmth and make this delightful pumpkin cream with banana, walnuts, and maple syrup. If the sweetness of pumpkin is enough for you, you’ll have and amazing autumn dessert without added sugar. I like to add maple syrup, a handful of roasted walnuts or hazelnuts.
Ingredients:
- 4 bananas, peeled, cut in half and frozen
