Easy vegan fudge with tahini

This vegan fudge with tahini is tender, buttery and rich in flavors. If you are looking for dessert in the categories: no baking, vegan, gluten free, easy to prepare, this recipe is right for you. It tastes a bit like the tahini have, we know from childhood.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sesame tahini
  • ½ cup of maple syrup
  • ½ cup of coconut butter, melted
  • 100 g of pistachio
  • ¼ cup crushed cocoa beans (remove the flakes)
  • 4 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation:

Put parchment paper on the bottom of a square baking pan (20 cm).

Mix all the products in a large bowl. Stir well, pour the mixture into a saucepan and distribute evenly.

Put in the freezer and let it stay there for 2 hours. Get it out and cut into squares.

Store the dessert in the freezer.

You can use any kind of nuts instead of a pistachio.
