Smoked Salmon Carpaccio
Smoked Salmon Carpaccio combines the gifts of the sea with the richness of earthly flavors. The combination of sweet, salty and slightly spicy flavors is quite pleasing to the palate and excites the appetite.
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 4 radishes
- 1 small red beet
- 1 sliced orange fruit and shredded peel
- 1 small onion shallot
- parsley for sprinkling
- olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Choose a beautiful dish and arrange in succession slices of salmon, orange slices and sliced radishes, red beets and onions. Sprinkle with parsley and season with olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper. If desired, decorate with edible flowers and add sour cream for a thicker flavor.
