Raw dessert with peaches

Combining the sun and the aroma of the warm summer days, this raw dessert with peaches and cottage cheese will bring you real pleasure. Apart from being very tasty, it also impresses with the diverse palette of colours it combines.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 peaches
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp lavender blossoms
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar

Preparation:

Wash and peel the peaches, cut in half, remove the stones and cut into thin slices.

Prepare the curd by mixing it with sugar and lemon juice.

Alternate peaches and cottage cheese. Repeat three times. The easiest way to shape the dessert is with the cooking ring.

In a small bowl, heat the honey and lavender and pour over the dessert before serving.

Idea:

You can prepare the recipe with other fruits – mango, pear or pineapple, and you can replace the cottage cheese with ricotta or mascarpone.
