For the biscuit layer:
- 1 ½ cup biscuit crumbs
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. melted and slightly cooled butter
For the cream layer:
- 230g room temperature cream cheese
- 4 tbsp. Icing sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream for volume and lightness
For the pumpkin layer:
- 400g pumpkin puree flavored with pumpkin pie spices:
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
To finish:
- Whipped cream
- Dark chocolate
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients as described above. Compose the layers of biscuits, cream and pumpkin in beautiful cocktail glasses or decorative jars.
