Puff pastry braids with anchovies
Puff pastry is a great product for easy preparation of a variety of delicious sweet and salty bites, pies and quiches. Among them is our proposal for puff pastry braids with anchovies, olives, tomatoes and a little oregano to flavor.
- 1 small pack of puff pastry
- 2 tbsp. concentrate tomato juice
- 1 egg
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 10 green olives
- 1 tsp. oregano
Take a frozen puff pastry. Leave it at room temperature. Smear the tomato concentrate with a brush. Beat the egg in a bowl and smear on the tomatoes. Cut the anchovy fillets and olives into small pieces and scatter them on the stretched sheet.
Cut the puff pastry into thin strips and make a braid. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
