Party peppers circles with appetite sauce
These peppers circles are actually pretty quick to prepare and healthy food suitable for your party as well as a light and casual appetizer. It tastes like breaded food, but there is no frying in the recipe, and the combination of crunchy peppers and appetizing sauce is divine.
- three green peppers, cleaned and cut into rings
- three red peppers, cleaned and cut into rings
For the topping:
- 1½ cup ground rusk
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp salt
For the sauce:
- 4 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- some Worcester sauce
- finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Dip the peppers rings in succession in the flour, beaten egg and topping. Arrange in a baking dish on a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes of 200ºC.
Make the sauce by mixing the ingredients and stirring them until smooth. Finally, sprinkle with parsley.
Serve in suitable plates so that guests can dip the slices of pepper in the sauce.
