Grape and goat cheese bites

Today I will present you a wonderful appetizer, combining the sweetness of honey and dessert grapes and salty notes of goat cheese. The contrast between the pleasant crunchiness of the crushed nuts on the one hand and the delicate softness of the cheese and grapes on the other, will gently caress your palate and make you smile. These grape and goat cheese bites are an excellent and exquisite addition to a bottle of white or red wine.

Ingredients:

  • table grapes (white or red, preferably of large-grained varieties)
  • 400 g of goat cheese
  • 4 tbsp. linden honey
  • 100 g of raw hazelnuts
  • 100 g of raw pistachios

Preparation:

Allow the goat cheese to soften at room temperature and mash it with a fork. Wash the grapes and then dry it well. In a blender, mix the hazelnuts and pistachios and with a few turns of the cutting knife you will have the perfect “crumbs” for rolling.

Take a little cheese and wrap one grape in it, roll it in your palms to get a perfect ball. Dip in the honey and roll in the crushed hazelnuts and pistachios. Put necessarily for a few hours in the refrigerator.

Before serving, as soon as you take it out of the fridge, cut each ball with a sharp knife to reveal the color of the grapes inside.
