Coffee Panna Cotta for two
Tender, tasty and airy Italian dessert. Coffee Panna Cotta will delicately caresses your palate and will makes your day calm and inviting.
- 1/3 cup of cow milk
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp.
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 sheet of gelatin
- 6 tbsp.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk, sugar and coffee and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cream cheese.
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. In another pan, heat 6 tbsp.
Pour into two cups and refrigerate for 3 hours.
