Coffee Panna Cotta with cream cheese

Coffee Panna Cotta for two

Tender, tasty and airy Italian dessert. Coffee Panna Cotta will delicately caresses your palate and will makes your day calm and inviting.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of cow milk
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 sheet of gelatin
  • 6 tbsp. water

Preparation:

In a small saucepan, heat the milk, sugar and coffee and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cream cheese.

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. In another pan, heat 6 tbsp. water without boiling, and put the drained gelatin to dissolve. Add it to the milk mixture. Stir until smooth texture.

Pour into two cups and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Serve the dessert cold with fresh fruit and coconut.
