Avocado and Strawberry Salad
This elegant and aromatic avocado and strawberry salad with honey-lemon dressing is a great addition to dishes of chicken or grilled fish. It is suitable for spring and summer outdoor parties, especially if you have fragrant homemade strawberries and a barbecue in the yard.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocado fruits, peeled and cut into long crescents
- 250 g strawberries
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. Olive oil
- Himalayan Salt
- black pepper
Preparation:
Prepare the dressing by mixing the lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Arrange the chopped strawberries and avocado in saucers. Sprinkle with dressing. Serve immediately.
